About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager Designate to join our team at Superdrug. As a Store Manager Designate, you will play a key role in leading our store teams to achieve sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales and service targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to identify and explore opportunities to grow sales, improve efficiency, and reduce costs

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
