Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will:
  • Lead and oversee the development of comprehensive sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and effective implementation across assigned global and regional categories.
  • Drive profitability through subscription agreements and rebate structures.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the e-catalogue for designated categories through diligent content analysis.
  • Provide valuable market insights and continuously evaluate the most effective strategies.
  • Identify potential risks and manage mitigation plans as necessary.
  • Achieve annual procurement objectives in alignment with global targets.
  • Realize cost savings in accordance with contractual commitments through effective supplier negotiations.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A background in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) or FMCG is highly desirable.
  • CIPS Level 4 certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with MRP, JIT, and related systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; ability to adapt to MS Project.
  • Strong project management, planning, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Understanding of vendor contracts and the ability to consult with legal professionals.
  • Robust financial acumen.
