Job Summary:

Red Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading company in the distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolio market in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to take on a challenging role, working with a dynamic team to drive business growth and expand our client's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target key customers and drive revenue growth in the solar energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement sales plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the renewable energy or solar energy sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze commercial and market conditions.
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market and industry trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
