Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Clearwater People Solutions Ltd.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in selling software solutions to the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be driven, ambitious, and ready to make a significant impact in our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales process in accordance with our established sales framework.
  • Utilize CRM tools to forecast, track, and manage sales pipeline activities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers through networking and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough forecasting and revenue tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Engage with C-Suite executives through strategic selling techniques, including business case development and ROI analysis.
  • Independently oversee all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance client value and increase contract size.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in selling to C-Suite executives within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Experience managing a sales quota of £600,000 or more, with a history of closing high-value transactions.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies such as SPICED, MEDDIC, and Challenger.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and work independently.
  • Proficient with technology and adaptable to new systems, with a strong understanding of data management and CRM platforms.
  • Experience in both acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing clients.
