Job Title: Clinical Tutor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Tutor to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical education and training to our members.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical teaching and supervision, with experience of working with overseas doctors and medical students. You will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical and professional skills teaching, as well as creating and implementing individualized educational plans for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote and face-to-face clinical teaching and supervision to REACHE members
  • Develop and deliver clinical and professional skills teaching
  • Create and implement individualized educational plans for members
  • Supervise and support members in their clinical placements
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and educators to develop and deliver clinical education programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

GMC registration and license to practiceExcellent communication and clinical skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsExperience of teaching in a healthcare settingSupervisory or management experience of medical students or clinical staffWhat We Offer
