Senior Contract Estimator

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Howells Solution in North London. As a key member of our Commercial & Finance team, you will have profit and loss decision-making responsibilities and be involved in shaping the future of our social housing contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing projects from £500k +
- Competent with package analysis following initial tender enquiries to ensure no scope gap
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of standard forms of contract including JCT
- Proficient use of IT including Microsoft Office and estimating packages/tools
- Ability to manage a high volume of workload and have a flexible approach
