Position Title: Credit and Collection Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection of outstanding accounts receivable
  • Evaluate the creditworthiness of clients
  • Collaborate with the Finance Department to enhance cash flow
  • Address customer concerns in partnership with Customer Service
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent professional experience

  • Excellent communication abilities
