Genesis Recruitment Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Network Manager to oversee and maintain our school's IT infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and troubleshoot the school's IT infrastructure, including network patching, cabling, and server updates.
* Monitor network and firewall logs for issues and cybersecurity threats.
* Provide second and third-line IT support, and first-line support when necessary.
* Assist with network development and manage existing technicians.
* Ensure a high level of user experience by explaining technical solutions clearly.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Office 365.
* Strong understanding of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and PC deployment tools (SCCM, MDT, WDS).
* Knowledge of networking hardware, subnetting, VLAN design, and backup solutions.
* Experience with web-filtering, firewall solutions, and managed wireless solutions.
