Head of Recruitment Specialist - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment professional to lead our recruitment team and drive the growth of our specialist recruitment agency.
Reconstruct Children and Adult Services is a well-established brand with a strong reputation in the social care sector. We are now looking for a talented individual to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with experience of setting up and managing recruitment teams, as well as a strong understanding of the social care sector. They will be responsible for leading our recruitment team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
The role will involve:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
- Leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identifying and attracting top talent in the social care sector
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong understanding of the social care sector and its recruitment needs
- Proven experience of leading and managing recruitment teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong track record of success in recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
