- Client Relationship Management:

- Implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
- Performance Metrics:
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team.
- Review data and provide regular reports on team and individual performance.
- Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to understand overall business goals and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on compliance matters.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, demonstrating success against targets.
- Proven experience in setting up a new service or penetrating new markets/geographies within an existing service.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and industry best practices.
- Experience or an understanding of the social care, health, and/or education sectors would be desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:

- Hours: 35.
- Holidays: 25 days (plus bank holiday) increasing with length of service.
