Our mission is to provide straightforward and effective safety strategies for businesses, enabling them to focus on their core operations. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Safety Compliance Consultant to join our construction team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support both remotely and on-site, adapting to various work environments that include both administrative tasks and fieldwork.
- Act as a results-driven HSEQ consultant, collaborating throughout all stages of project execution, from initial consultations to project completion and handover of Health & Safety documentation.
- Deliver proactive guidance and oversight for Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to final handover.
- Conduct HSEQ inspections and audits to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
- Participate in project management and planning meetings, providing insights on Health & Safety performance.
- Offer practical advice on various Health & Safety matters to the broader project delivery team.
Qualifications and Skills
- NEBOSH certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in construction and building maintenance sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively and produce comprehensive reports.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Capability to engage with personnel at all levels within an organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possession of a CSCS Safety Professional card.
- Commitment to high-quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in the office, remotely, and on client sites as required.
