About the Job:

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in the emergency department, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. This is a casual opportunity, with hours not guaranteed and shifts varying in duration and timing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based nursing care to emergency patients, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex health needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and outcomes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, applying best practices and research findings to improve patient care and safety.
  • Maintain and advance clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Contribute to hospital committees and research projects as assigned, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
