About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Morgan Sindall Property Services. As a key member of our customer team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues.
  • Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to schedule appointments and ensure that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Use our MSi system to actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, discuss complex repairs, and instil customer confidence.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and escalating concerns as necessary.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background.
