Senior Project Manager with Buildings Expertise

Key Responsibilities:- Lead complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Manage and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction, development, and infrastructure projects, including building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools, software, and technologies, including MS Office, Project Management Information Systems (PMIS), and Building Information Modelling (BIM).
