Senior Project Manager with Buildings Experience

Experience required…
Essential:
Extensive experience in either the development or oversight of construction stages for buildings, leisure centers, and schools Proven track record of working on UK infrastructure projects Significant project and/or program management experience post-qualification In-depth knowledge and practical experience with project management techniques Proficient in administering construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, and/or Project Manager Strong understanding of legislation affecting building contracts Excellent oral and written communication skills Methodical approach to work and problem-solving Ability to absorb and assess complex information quickly Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and numeracy Advanced proficiency in ICT, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage team members effectivelyDesirable:
Membership in one of the following professional bodies is preferred or required:
MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers) MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders)
