About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at Watchfinder, you will be an ambassador for our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets in a high-end retail environment. You will be passionate about luxury retail and have a genuine interest in the industry, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and engage with customers, providing expert advice on luxury timepieces
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client contact is maintained
* Meet and exceed sales targets, working to KPIs and sales targets
* Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and trends
* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a positive 'can do' approach and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. Experience in a sales environment, particularly in luxury retail, is desirable but not essential.
