About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Watchfinder. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on luxury watches and related products
  • Building strong relationships with customers to drive sales and repeat business
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the luxury watch market
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
