About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant with advanced language skills to join our team at Euro London Appointments. As a key member of our multilingual recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent across various industries and locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source job leads and convert them into workable jobs through cold calling, business development, networking, client meetings, and sales pitches.
  • Present, negotiate, and agree terms of business with clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across a range of businesses to understand their current and ongoing recruitment requirements.
  • Build and represent a consistent candidate pipeline by identifying, targeting, and qualifying potential candidates.
  • Manage candidates through to offer and acceptance, including offer negotiation and counter offer counselling.
  • Deliver effective aftercare to candidates and clients.
  • Plan a strategy to build your desk and work towards promotion.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and advanced to fluent skills in another European language.
  • Minimum of 6 months previous recruitment experience or potentially sales experience outside of recruitment.
  • Tenacity to develop new and existing business and the resilience to keep moving forward when it's tough.
  • Solid IT skills and comfort sharing information.
  • Friendly, hard-working attitude with the ambition to exceed expectations.
