Job Title: Behaviour Support Worker

Location: Greenwich

Salary: £100 - £120 per day

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join a SEMH provision in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Experience in a similar role is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with young people and be able to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding in challenging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one support to students with behavioural difficulties

• Implementing behaviour management strategies

• Supporting students with their emotional and mental health needs

• Working closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Flexible and adaptable approach to work

• Genuine interest in supporting young people with SEMH needs
