Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and Estimation

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and estimating Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), ICT, and security systems, including CCTV, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, IPTV & SMATV, Telephony Systems, Gate Barrier Systems, and Audio-Video Intercom Systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reading and understanding technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Proficiency in CRM and project management software is also essential.

SIRA Compliance

The successful candidate will ensure that all designs comply with SIRA regulations and successfully pass inspections as per SIRA law.

Client Engagement

The IT Systems Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to support commercial and technical discussions with clients, leading to successful project bids. The candidate will also attend pre-sales meetings and deliver presentations to clients alongside account representatives.

Project Management

The successful candidate will engage in project planning, tracking, monitoring, and documentation. They will submit detailed weekly reports on all ongoing projects, highlighting any escalations and project-based cost savings.

Technical Expertise

The IT Systems Engineer will handle the design, troubleshooting, installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and ICT systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, IPTV & SMATV, Telephony, Gate Barriers, Audio Video Intercom, and Biometric Attendance Management systems.

Client & Consultant Coordination

The successful candidate will attend clarification meetings with clients and consultants to resolve queries and ensure alignment on technical and design expectations. They will also engage with various vendors to secure optimal solutions and incorporate their systems into project designs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, ICT, or related fields. Proven experience in ELV, ICT, and security systems design and estimation is essential. Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and industry standards is also required.

Familiarity with CRM and project management software is essential. Excellent communication and client engagement skills are also necessary. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines is a must.
