Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems

TRS Consulting is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client, a leading supplier of healthcare solutions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical systems, providing technical support, and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, service, and breakdown repair of medical systems.
  • Provide after-sales technical and commercial support.
  • Work within the healthcare market, offering exceptional customer service, completing risk assessments, activity reports, and other documentation required by this highly regulated sector.
Requirements:
  • NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC or higher in an Electrical or Electronics qualification.
  • A background working as a service engineer or a technical support engineer on electromechanical or electronics systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
