About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection Manager to join our team at Data Privacy Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of data protection and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on data protection matters, including data rights requests, data processing activities, and data breach management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to demonstrate compliance with data protection regulations, including registrations with the Information Commissioners Office.
  • Identify areas for improvement and lead on the development and delivery of colleague awareness and training programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments, Legitimate Interest Balance Tests, and associated risk assessments.
  • Lead on data breach and information incident management response handling and reporting.
  • Support the development and implementation of data privacy and compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Process and respond to requests from individuals exercising their rights under data protection legislation.
Requirements
