Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Kainos. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the Workday solutions market. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with our delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Workday solutions market and competitor landscape

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in the Workday solutions market
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in English and French
