Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner to join our team in the Catheterization Laboratory at The Alexandra Hospital. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatre department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care to patients undergoing catheterization procedures
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient theatre operations
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and safe theatre environment
Requirements:
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- Experience within the relevant theatre specialism - Cath lab
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive team culture
