- Develop and implement strategies to reduce unaccounted for water and improve the overall efficiency of our water distribution network.
- Collaborate with our network services alliance managers, planners, and schedulers to ensure that leak repairs are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of leak detection and repair activities, including data analysis and reporting.
- Provide technical expertise and support to our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of leakage technicians and field analysts.
- Strong knowledge of water distribution network operations and management.
