Leakage Investigator

Morrison Water Services are currently seeking skilled professionals to join their team as Customer Leakage Technicians. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving water leaks on the South West Water contract in the Bodmin area.

• Proactively complete classroom and on-the-job training and learning to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Deploy acoustic loggers and actively detect leaks on the water network.
• Work collaboratively with experienced technicians to identify and resolve leaks.
• Engage with members of the public and clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with contract partners to deploy the latest technology and innovations.

• Hold a current driving license.
• Be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Have an inquisitive approach to challenges and problem-solving.
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Take ownership of problems and tasks, seeing them through to completion.
• Have good time management skills to meet stringent timescales and targets.
• Have experience helping customers on a face-to-face basis, advising on water company policy, and resolving customer leakage issues.
