The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Lead to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on international payroll legislation, particularly in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with escalated payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of international payroll processes and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot current payroll issues and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on payroll performance and trends.
- Collaborate with the global payroll team and wider management to develop innovative solutions.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
- Proven experience in international payroll, with a strong understanding of payroll functions in various countries.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
