Key Responsibilities:
- Managing prescription claiming tasks to ensure NHSBSA payments are processed.
- Communicating with healthcare providers regarding prescription inquiries and ensuring efficient resolution.
- Accurately matching patient orders with prescriptions and reminding patients about their medication schedules.
- Processing repeat dispensing requests for the dispensary team.
- Meeting hourly KPIs while adhering to legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Providing support and training materials to the patient care team, along with handling office tasks.
- Possessing a background in dispensing prescriptions within a community pharmacy setting, while complying with company regulations.
- Demonstrating IT proficiency, particularly in Excel.
- Exhibiting teamwork by assisting colleagues during peak times.
