Unqualified Classroom Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Unqualified Classroom Assistant to join our team at a well-recognised primary school in Hackney. As a key member of our education team, you will provide vital support to our lead classroom teachers, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with lesson preparation, including preparing materials and resources
  • Support the teacher with marking and feedback on pupil work
  • Work with pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, providing individualised support as needed
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful classroom environment, promoting social and emotional learning
