This role offers an exceptional chance for an Assistant Manager to join our well-regarded facility. The establishment is recognized for its quality service and has a strong reputation among local authorities. We cater to a small group of young individuals, all of whom have learning disabilities, Autism, and epilepsy, and may exhibit various associated behaviors. Many of our children communicate through alternative methods, including picture boards and Makaton.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in a Residential Childcare Setting
  • Level 3 Qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent
  • Driver (company vehicle provided during work hours)
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
