Service Advisor Opportunity

We are working with a reputable car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is looking for someone who shares this vision.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and professionalism. This includes:

  • Providing clear and concise information about service and repair work required on vehicles
  • Advising on estimated costs and timescales for repairs
  • Selling additional products and services to customers as needed
  • Coordinating collection and delivery of vehicles
  • Updating customer and vehicle records
  • Documenting warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
  • Preparing and completing invoices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor
  • A full driving license

This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to build their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. Our client offers fully funded training and a competitive salary.
