About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at Bank of America. As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to achieve our clients' objectives.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to attract new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, and provide expert advice to clients on the best solutions for their needs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as business development, sales, or financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and/or another language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
