Job Duties:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering educational activities and assisting students with their learning and development
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment and providing one-to-one support for students with additional needs
  • Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and supervising students during lessons and break times
Required Qualifications:

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Experience:

Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school environment

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Good understanding of the UK education system and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:

First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school environment, collaborating closely with teachers and students. The position may require occasional additional hours beyond the standard school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
