We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Neonatal Nurse to take on a challenging and rewarding role within our Neonatal Services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to neonatal patients, including those requiring critical care
  • Lead shifts and support junior staff to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Registered Children's Nurse, Nurse, or Midwife with a Speciality qualification
  • Prior experience at the senior staff nurse level within neonatal nursing
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Good communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development
