You will work closely with our energetic team to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and till operations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and stock availability, to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising efforts, ensuring our store displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Support with merchandising product, processing deliveries, and maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.
