Core Duties:
- Deliver individualized and group assistance to students with behavioral challenges.
- Design and execute behavior management strategies.
- Partner with educators to cultivate a nurturing classroom environment.
- Assess and document student progress, providing consistent updates to educators and guardians.
- Build positive rapport with students, supporting their social and emotional growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a supportive role.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a constructive mindset.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Relevant educational background or training in fields such as education or psychology is preferred but not mandatory.
