About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be supporting the Care Manager and other Care Assistants in all aspects of home management, including taking charge at night to provide wakeful night duty cover.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Care Manager in ensuring the highest quality of care for residents
- Assist with daily tasks, including medication administration and personal care
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Requirements
- Senior care experience in a residential care home is essential
- Highly motivated and reliable individual
- Good communication skills
- A friendly, warm and caring nature
