Job Title: Interim Group Finance Manager

Axon Moore Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Interim Group Finance Manager to support the Group Finance Director in driving the performance of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Deliver and execute all group financial and management reporting on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Business Partnering: Act as the main Head Office contact for a range of finance and non-finance stakeholders across the Group, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze key variances in relation to business performance and identify areas for improvement, driving strategic decision-making.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 2 direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Annual Budgeting: Lead the production of the Group's annual budget process, including presentation to the wider Group finance team.
  • Statutory Accounts: Prepare year-end Group statutory accounts and other Head Office holding companies, in accordance with IFRS.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Qualified Finance Leader (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Technical Experience: Strong technical accounting experience, ideally within a Group or Head Office function.
  • Managerial Experience: Managerial experience of leading and developing other finance staff.
  • Business Partnering: Strong business partnering experience, with a track record of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
