BAM Nuttall is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead the way in delivering exceptional results on the Transpennine Route Upgrade project.

About the Role

As the Interim Director of Quality, you will be responsible for setting the overall Quality Strategy for the TRU West Alliance, ensuring that all project outputs meet the highest industry standards. You will work closely with the Civils, Rail Systems, and S,P & C partners to foster a culture of Quality and drive excellence in delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Management Plan
  • Lead the Construction Quality Leadership Group and provide strategic guidance
  • Support the Senior Leadership Committee and produce Quality reports
  • Act as the primary quality liaison within the alliance, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the Alliance Quality Function at periodic business reviews
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Quality Assurance professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Construction or Engineering Industry. You will have a strong track record of delivering quality results and a passion for driving excellence in delivery.
