About the Role:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a leading media and entertainment organization? As the External Strategy Manager within our debt management division, you will play a crucial role in assessing the effectiveness of our network of debt collection agencies and suggesting enhancements to optimize our recovery efforts while adhering to all applicable regulations and standards.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of performance indicators for Sky's network of debt collection agencies and purchasers.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance recovery rates and operational efficiency.
  • Present insights and potential strategies to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments (finance, procurement, etc.) to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
  • Assist in the comprehensive implementation of changes alongside a team of analysts.
Your Qualifications:
  • In-depth understanding of the debt collection industry and its operational dynamics.
  • Proven experience in debt performance analysis and reporting, or a comparable role.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to aggregate and interpret data for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to self-manage proactively, focusing on delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
  • A degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
