About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Debt Analyst to join our team at Sky, Europe's leading media and entertainment brand. As a key member of our debt management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving and delivering multi-million pound improvements to bad debt rates within our Mobile operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Sky's Mobile Debt Journeys: You will be responsible for owning and managing Sky's Mobile debt journeys for both Sim only and CCA regulated loans.
  • Customer Journey Expertise: You will live and breathe the customer journey to recognize where we can improve performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analytical Skills: You will enthusiastically embrace the numbers, identifying not just concerns but where we can do better and provide guidance to all projects and upcoming changes which interact with debt.
  • Expertise Sharing: You will share your expert mobile debt knowledge with all stakeholders throughout Sky.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive Knowledge: You will have comprehensive knowledge of Mobile billing and debt within Sky or an equivalent organization, ideally with exposure to CCA regulated loan agreements.
  • Strong Numerical Skills: You will have strong numerical skills with experience of owning, collating, and understanding your KPIs and the ability to share your findings.
  • Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record as an analyst identifying and delivering improvements in the billing and debt world or a similar environment.
  • Excellent Relationship Management: You will have excellent relationship management skills with experience of influencing and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Self-Management: You will be able to proactively self-manage with a focus on quality of delivery within agreed timescales.
