Gameplay Programmer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Gameplay Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing key game systems, collaborating with our design and content teams, and bringing your technical expertise to the challenges of game development.
Responsibilities- Game System Development: Take ownership of the design and development of key game systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Technical Expertise: Rapidly gain in-depth knowledge of new technology and development practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Methodology Development: Develop standard methodologies and effectively communicate these to other team members and disciplines, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Technical Leadership: Bring technical expertise and experience to the challenges of game development, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Optimization: Effectively profile and optimize game systems, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently on a variety of platforms.
- Commercial Experience: Minimum of 2 years commercial games programming experience, with a strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Experience of design and content team collaboration, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Advanced C++ programming skills, with solid experience with Unreal 4/5.
- Mathematical Skills: Excellent mathematical skills, with a strong understanding of game development principles.
- Teamwork: Strong time management and organization skills, with an enthusiastic team worker attitude.
- Logical Thinking: A logical thinker with strong analytical skills, able to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
