About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Team Leader to join our team at Turning Point. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for forming and shaping a team, alongside the day-to-day management of the service. You will work closely with the Service Manager to develop the service and provide line management to a team of Recovery Workers/Peer Support Workers.

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience of using a person-centred approach in a Mental Health setting, a good understanding of the complex needs of individuals we support, and experience of working with people with mental health crisis. You must be capable of prioritising your own workload and using your initiative. An effective team player, you will possess good communication skills, a flexible recovery-focused approach, a positive attitude, and be able to adapt in a changeable environment.
