Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operational Service Manager to join our team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality services and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical and administrative functions.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate the work of clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and external partners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform service improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement service redesign initiatives.
