We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the boutique manager to achieve business objectives and drive store success

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience at supervisor level or above, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to create and execute in-store events and promotions
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
