As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a Sales and Customer Service team, driving the development and execution of strategies aimed at attracting and securing new business in targeted markets for specific products, ultimately enhancing sales and profitability.
Key Duties Include:
- Formulating, communicating, executing, and assessing the Sales and Customer Service strategy to meet sales, profit, and cash flow objectives.
- Ensuring the department is equipped with the necessary resources, skills, and expertise to achieve all goals.
- Gaining insights into market trends, competitors, and customer needs to establish an effective sales process for acquiring and retaining key clients.
- Leading all sales and customer service initiatives to attract new business, boost sales, and enhance brand visibility.

- Conducting regular visits to key clients to maintain a clear understanding of their needs.

- Reviewing customer terms and conditions regularly to ensure compliance and alignment with business requirements.
- Assessing pricing and costs periodically, taking necessary actions to enhance profitability and maintain consistency across markets, including managing company-wide price adjustments.
- Regularly evaluating the sales forecast, documenting assumptions, and integrating these insights into sales and operational planning while managing customer expectations effectively.
