Sales Administrator

Fabric Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client's expanding team. As a key member of the Client Development team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Development team, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order entry, delivery coordination, and customer queries.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Process and track orders, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
