They offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and remote options, to ensure a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements from client trial balances, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Audit all areas of financial statements, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Take ownership of allocated work, communicating effectively with managers and partners as needed.
  • Meet deadlines efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, demonstrating a willingness to help others and take initiative when necessary.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in a respectful and supportive manner, fostering strong relationships.
  • Provide on-the-job training to team members when appropriate, promoting knowledge sharing and development.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements
  • You will be ACA/ACCA qualified or nearly qualified, with a strong background in audit and accounts, preferably gained in an accountancy practice environment as an Audit Senior/Executive or Semi-Senior.
  • Your experience should be in a Top Tier/Mid Tier/Top 50 or large/medium independent firm background.
  • You will demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and with clients, as well as experience in supervising others and delegating work.
  • You will be looking to progress your career post-qualification and develop within a leading firm.

Benefits
  • Annual salary £40K - £45K per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
  • Salary review annually in July.
  • Hybrid or Remote working.
  • Study support as required.
  • Paid overtime or time off in lieu.
  • Auto-enrolment pension scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), with an additional day after every 4 years' service, up to 5 additional days, as well as Christmas Eve.
