Debt Recovery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Collections Supervisor to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Warwick. As a key member of our credit management operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving our debt collection efforts and leading a dedicated team to achieve key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and guide an Amicable Credit Management sub-team to maximize collections and reduce outstanding debts, fostering a continuous improvement culture that encourages growth and success.
- Achieve collection targets that align with our broader business objectives, ensuring that all team activities are in line with our policies and procedures.
- Set the tone for internal and external customer messaging and communicate debtor reports and KPI information to senior management.
- Model strong negotiating skills to team members and provide regular one-to-one support to help them develop and perform at their best.
- Co-ordinate and deliver year-end audit activities, working closely with our wider finance team.
We are looking for an experienced debt collector with strong IT literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively at all levels. You should have excellent reconciliation skills, with the ability to cut through barriers to customer payments, and be highly organised with strong time management skills.
