Job Title: Bank Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a Bank Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our customers, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support to customers, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Support customers in developing daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Maintain a safe environment for customers, adhering to relevant regulations, procedures, and practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with adults with learning difficulties is desirable, but not essential.
  • Previous experience working within a team is essential.
  • Initiative, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills are required to source innovative solutions and form positive relationships with people.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is beneficial.
